Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Werkstudent (student job) to join our Pathways department in Berlin, Germany as a customer care assistant.


Working closely with the Pathways team, you will support the efficient operation of customer care for our pathways applicants and students, collaborating with internal departments such as Student Support, Academic, Sales, Finance, and Operations.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Pathways team with customer care matters
  • Creating new bookings in our CRM and distributing
