What to expect


As part of our team, you will take on the PMO responsibility for complex cross-functional (international) projects and programs related to the CFO agenda.

This includes implementing and creating project status reports for management.

Working closely with operational project managers, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure that the right measures and decisions are taken to ensure project success.

You will have a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to further develop your expertise in project management along the CFO agenda.

You will also collaborate closely with experts from the Mazars network in an international environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in related areas and explore other consulting fields.

What you bring

You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or have a comparable qualification.

You also have relevant professional experience as a PMO or in project management for complex projects, ideally in the ESG and/or financial services sector.

You are familiar with common project management methods (planning, control, monitoring and controlling, reporting) and have strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ideally, you also have knowledge of common process management solutions and tools (such as BPM solutions, process mining, workflow solutions, low-code solutions, e.g. SAP Signavio, SAP Build, Bizagi, Microsoft Power Platform) and data analysis. You have a comprehensive understanding of HGB and IFRS accounting and are able to handle complex accounting issues. You are highly motivated, have
