For our department IT Design & Development Private Customers, we are looking for IT System Managers/ IT Application Managers (m/f/d) in the field of credit card issuing, full-time, permanent, in Frankfurt am Main (with home office options).

We need your power for these tasks:

You will manage and monitor our service providers (whom we call providers), including commissioning, coordination, and control.

You will analyze processes and procedures and create target concepts and solution proposals.

You will actively participate in negotiation meetings with potential providers.

You will manage escalations in a targeted manner.

You will create technical concepts and specifications.

Together with the team, we will develop test concepts, which we will carry out ourselves or in collaboration with providers. You will coordinate the tests with internal and external
