Your tasks - what you'll do with us

  • You are part of our strong legal team and support departments, subsidiaries, and management of HOCHBAHN with your legal expertise, especially in matters of procurement law, contract law, and general civil law.
  • Your focus is on legally accompanying large-scale procurement of goods and services. You advise our purchasing department, participate in the creation of tender documents, and evaluate offers.
  • You draft and review contracts of all kinds within and outside of procurement procedures and conduct negotiations and discussions with suppliers and service providers, representatives of authorities and other public companies and institutions within and outside of Hamburg.
