Access Health Care Physicians, LLC is now hiring Front Desk Associates


Your Role
Our Front Desk Associates are responsible for greeting visitors in a professional manner and perform various clerical duties.

Our Front Desk Associates serve as "the face" of the office—representing each practice and serving as the first point of contact


Our Front Desk Associates also:


  • Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
  • Verify demographic information/copy I.D. and insurance cards
  • Verify insurances prior to each patient's visit
  • Collect copays, coinsurance, and/or deductibles
  • Contact patients to confirm appointments
  • Scan all patient forms into the EMR
  • Answer telephones and direct calls
  • Operate standard office equipment including fax, photocopier, computer, and printer
  • Monitor incoming/outgoing faxes and scan documents into EMR in a timely manner
  • Communicate with patients and ensure their experience is the best it can be

Other MUST HAVES

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Oral Communication skills
  • Organizational skills

  • Keyboarding skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Customer service experience

Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred, BUT it's not a necessity We offer extensive hands-on training, so all you really need is a can-do attitude

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Clinical: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer support: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Inverness, FL 34453: Relocate before starting work (required)
