For our client, a family-owned, expanding service company in the field of processing and machining of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with a wide range of components - from development to machining to fully assembled system solutions - we are currently seeking a dedicated employee (m/f/d) for quality assurance in Hardwick, GA.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting incoming and outgoing goods inspections according to inspection plans
  • Material storage/distribution to the respective recipients, material bookings in the system
  • Verification of accompanying quality documents (such as certificates of conformity and quality inspection certificates)
  • Conducting inspections (e.g. hardness tests, roughness tests, grid section tests, coating thickness)
  • Conducting inspections with common measuring tools (e.g. TESA height gauge, caliper, micrometer)
  • Conducting inspections with thread limit gauges and limit gauges
  • Conducting inspections with FARO measuring arm
  • Conducting visual inspections (PP inspection)
  • Familiarity with DIN standards
  • Participation in production processes and product release

Your qualifications:

  • Professional experience in quality assurance
  • Technical understanding
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Reliability
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
