The
Navigator (or Front of House/Cashier) has multiple important responsibilities at a Wingstop franchise, one very important responsibility includes wowing our guests.

The Navigator spends more time than any other position interacting with guests, including:


  • Greeting guests when they arrive
  • Answering the phone
  • Taking accurate orders
  • Delivering complete orders
The
Back of House team member has several different responsibilities, including:

  • Providing delicious "craveable" food that is "done right, on time"
  • Ensuring that safe food handling measures are always in place
  • Behaving professionally while serving amazing food
