Your tasks
As the responsible position of the sales department, you act as the right hand of the sales manager. You manage activities of our headquarters and are the contact person for employees and business partners. The task includes in particular the acquisition of new customers and the disposition and planning of our orders up to invoicing. In addition, after a training and training phase, you independently create offers.
Your profile
- You ideally have a successfully completed training as an office clerk and ideally already have professional experience in comparable positions
- You work independently, systematically and goal-oriented
- On the phone, you convince with a pleasant voice and know-how
- You act calmly and confidently when dealing with employees and business partners.
- You think ahead and take the initiative to implement entrepreneurial decisions.
- You are confident in dealing with the PC and have an affinity for ERP systems.
- You efficiently and without much fuss handle the inevitable daily routine tasks.
