At our locations in Ludwigsfelde or Großbeeren, we are looking for
Machine Operators/Production Workers (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Operation of the equipment, including organizing and carrying out setup processes and preparing for subsequent operations
Implementation of necessary modifications to equipment parameters and automation (e.g. teaching)
Safety and technical approval of the equipment for production
Ensuring part supply, removal and, if necessary, packaging of finished parts according to specifications
Technical instruction and training of employees assigned to the equipment
Implementation, documentation and evaluation of quality control according to defined testing scope
Identification of quality and technical issues in the production process and forwarding information to the relevant department and/or supervisor, or taking independent measures to resolve deficiencies
