Salary Range:
$260K - $390K

The Banking Group in an Am Law 50 Firm's Chicago office is seeking mid-level associates (graduating classes of with general finance experience.


Job Requirements:


  • General Finance experience
  • Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents.
  • UCC experience.
  • General corporate experience.

Qualifications:


  • High level of academic achievement.
  • Solid law firm experience in banking and finance.
