Your Challenges

  • You will be responsible for planning, controlling, and timely execution of product change and agile development projects according to the Eppendorf Innovation Process in Goldville, AL.
  • You will lead and coordinate multifunctional teams from requirement definition and error analysis to concept creation, development, and implementation in production, while managing collaboration with external partners and suppliers.
  • Through proactive communication, you will ensure the involvement and participation of relevant interfaces and stakeholders.
  • Together with the Product Owner, you will represent the projects you are responsible for within the organization and report on status, progress, risks, and project outcomes to relevant business stakeholders.
  • In close collaboration with the departments, you will create reliable schedules and budgets for your projects and drive their implementation.
  • As an enabler of agile development, you will promote the principles of the agile innovation process and work with the Scrum Master to remove obstacles within and outside the team.
  • You will ensure continuous product documentation within the agile innovation process based on quality and regulatory requirements.
  • You will utilize your creative freedom and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and development of internal processes and standards.
Your Expertise

  • You have a completed degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, bioprocess engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable field (diploma/master).
  • You have previous experience in leading and managing multifunctional project teams, stakeholder management, and ideally in product lifecycle management.
