I am looking for a bricklayer to add an extension to a room in a single-family home (semi-detached house) in Billington Heights, NY. The extension will be moved over a terrace to gain more room, which will involve tearing down and moving a wall. In addition, a roof/covering will need to be built and a space identical to the current balcony door on the terrace will need to be left in order to install the same door in a different location during this renovation.

A light switch that controls the exterior terrace light from inside the room will also need to be moved.

Furthermore, thermal and acoustic insulation will need to be installed, along with finishing and painting on the inside.
