    Job Overview

    PES is in search of a talented Lead Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our Workday HCM system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday modules and a proven track record of delivering high-quality HRIS solutions.

    Locations: Preferred location is Charlotte, NC. Dallas, TX, Scottsdale, AZ, and Jacksonville, FL will also be considered.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as the main contact for all Workday HCM-related activities
    • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions
    • Configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows
    • Collaborate with HRIS Business Partners to understand requirements
    • Provide guidance on module configuration and best practices
    • Develop and maintain Workday reports and analytics
    • Design and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems
    • Assist with data validation and corrections

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • + years of experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy
    • Workday certification preferred
    • COVID-19 vaccination required
