We are currently seeking a skilled

HR Business Partner / Recruiter

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with authorized bodies to ensure accurate payroll accounting
Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and certificates in compliance with legal requirements
Communicating with external contacts such as law firms, tax offices, insurance companies, and social security institutions
Conducting interviews and providing guidance to employees and managers on personnel matters
Implementing recruitment strategies
Identifying and coordinating personnel needs, considering changes in tasks, future developments, and planning requirements
Overseeing personnel development initiatives

Qualifications we are looking for:

Degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent education with additional qualifications in human resources management
Several years of experience in operational human resources management in a mediumsized company
Strong knowledge of German labor law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and independent work style
Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office
