We are a one- school district, with the majority of our students coming from two sender districts, River Forest Public Schools District 90 and Oak Park Elementary School District 97.

Job Summary:
Provide assistance during the student schedule/ID/book pickup process
APPLICATIONS:

SUMMARY:
Provide assistance during the student schedule/ID/book pickup process
DUTIES:
Greet and welcome students.
Assist students in school registration for the upcoming school year.
Ensure that students have fulfilled all residency and financial obligations.
Distribute class schedules, student handbooks, and student IDs upon verifying satisfactory student status.
Direct students to other departments if obligations have not been fulfilled in order to complete the registration process.
Complete any other duties that may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to commit to work every day on the schedule.
Must be pleasant and friendly when working with students and families.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to follow the outlined registration procedure.
Must be willing to learn and help in all areas of the registration process.
Must be able to type efficiently.
