This is a 35m2 annex in need of a complete renovation located in Black Creek, NC. It consists of a living room and a full bathroom. The bathroom currently has an exterior entrance, which needs to be closed off, and a new interior entrance needs to be created to connect it to the living room (plumbing will remain the same). Additionally, a small open kitchen will be added, although there are no existing connections or installations, so it will be placed on the wall facing the bathroom. The renovation also includes opening 1 or 2 windows and removing a non-load bearing partition (built a few years ago). The flooring will also be changed to laminate or wood-look tiles.
