Qualifications:

Required: 4years degree in engineering (Chemical Process or Mechanical preferred).
Required: At least 2 years (prefer > 5 years) of experience leading capital projects, preferably projects greater than**:
Required: Experience working with full service design and construction contractors.
Desired: Prior experience improving performance and capability including demonstrated courage to challenge the status quo.

Having and using the knowledge of our organization's systems, procedures, and culture to identify issues and/or opportunities and take action on them in a way that meets the needs of customers and magnifies your impact
