We are looking for a full-time (39 hours/week) Geodata Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on an unlimited basis.
The position is also suitable for part-time employees.

The Job

As a Geodata Manager, you will be responsible for managing and visualizing geodata from various sources, as well as coordinating and controlling the processes necessary for geodata management in collaboration with all stakeholders.

You will be working in the "Boden" service area at our location in Kamp-Lintfort and, if desired, also from home.

Your tasks in the area of...

  • Collecting and preparing geodata from various sources in various target applications (e.g. databases, geo-applications, data platforms)
  • Conducting needs assessments and analyses with municipalities in the association area, including their subsidiaries
  • Further development of the KRZN geodata management concept, as well as modeling and implementing processes for the automatic linking of geodata from different sources, for example through ETL processes
  • Provision and monitoring of OGC geodata services
