Job Description

  • Coordination of all sales activities and strategic direction of sales
  • Acquisition, consultation, and support of customers, including contract negotiations and proposal creation with followup
  • Evaluating the profitability of tenders and proposals
  • Setting pricing in coordination with management
  • Developing sales and company goals in collaboration with management
  • Market analysis and development of sales strategies to ensure and improve competitiveness
  • Creating regular reports and tracking sales KPIs in your area of responsibility
  • Representing our company worldwide at trade shows

Requirements

  • Business/technical university degree or equivalent education with technical affinity
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the electronics industry
  • Proven experience in international sales of technical products
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Resultsoriented and competitive mindset
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and common software
