Your responsibilities * You accompany the residents in their daily lives (daily structure) * You take on tasks of daily living such as personal care, leisure activities, and maintaining the group household * You promote and maintain the resources of the residents * You conscientiously manage medication * You take on administrative tasks within the living group and in relation to the caregivers * You document in EpDok Your personality * You have completed training as a FaBe EFZ, FaGe EFZ * You have experience in the field of disabilities (also as an apprentice) * You enjoy working in a team, are independent and responsible * You have good comprehension skills and think in a solution-oriented manner * You maintain a friendly, respectful attitude and are uncomplicated and humorous What we can offer * Diverse, interesting and independent work in a supportive environment.
