How you can contribute:
As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be in close contact with our customers.

  • First point of contact for our customers, partners, and internal departments
  • Developing solutions until problems are resolved
  • Monitoring and controlling service providers and their quality
  • Monitoring delivery dates, PODs, etc.
  • Updating the Transport Management System
  • Daily review of shipment delays and development of solutions
  • Creating reports and statistics
  • Analyzing and improving service, service providers, and costs
