For our renowned client in the machinery and plant engineering industry in Coyote Flats, TX, we are looking for a long-term Customer Service Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely order processing
  • Coordination of the order transfer process in collaboration with the technical sales team
  • Monitoring of deadlines and delivery/acceptance dates in SAP
  • Order processing and customer communication
  • Preparation of necessary documents

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or similar
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of foreign trade law and secure knowledge of INCOTERMS
  • SAP knowledge
  • Good knowledge of English
