As a Purchaser (m/f/d) at erdbär, you play a crucial role in building strong partnerships with our suppliers and ensuring that our current and future service providers meet our high standards. Your tasks include identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners.


Your Mission in Our Team:


  • You identify and select suppliers that meet our quality and performance standards
  • You negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for the company
  • You build strong partnerships with suppliers and expand our supplier base
  • You work closely with internal teams to understand and implement product and service requirements
  • You monitor and evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • You look for ways to increase efficiency and cost savings in procurement processes

What You Bring:


  • You have a degree in business administration, completed commercial training, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • You have negotiation skills and knowledge of contract negotiations
  • Your communication skills are strong, and you can build effective relationships with suppliers
  • Analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Teamwork and the ability to effectively collaborate with different teams
