What can you expect?
- You will lead a team of around 20 employees and ensure their motivation and support
- You will ensure production, including planning staff deployment and meeting deadlines, quantity, and quality
- You will meet daily KPIs while adhering to all product-specific parameters
- You will conduct employee discussions and performance evaluations
- You will work with HR to implement personnel measures
- You will maintain quality and hygiene standards as well as internal guidelines
- You will document and record technological processes during your shift
- You will support in optimizing internal processes
