About us:
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Change Management Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating incoming change requests, coordinating and implementing them, and documenting the process.

You will also manage our central change and problem management system and work to improve it.

Additionally, you will plan and develop national releases, including updates for connecting to European data exchange protocols (EESSI - Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information), based on international and national guidelines.

You will coordinate with the group of change managers at our member organizations and collaborate with our test management team and IT service providers.

In this role, you will also be responsible for administering relevant areas of change, release, and service management in Jira and continuously improving its customization.

You will maintain internal and external guidelines and documentation related to these processes and participate in national and international working groups related to our field.
