Steil Systemtechnik GmbH, a family-owned company, is a partner of the prefabricated house industry with a focus on house and building technology.

Our portfolio includes technically advanced and easy-to-install products from renowned manufacturers for successful overall installation of modern, holistic concepts in the areas of underfloor heating, heating products, pumps, and storage, as well as sanitary articles.

We are currently seeking support for our branch in Wiehl, Coalmont, PA.

Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone and written customer support
  • Preparation and processing of offers and orders
  • Invoicing and credit note creation
  • Liaison between customers, field sales, and other departments
  • Improving customer satisfaction

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the heating/sanitary or construction industry
  • Customeroriented and technical understanding
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus (English)
  • Proficiency in software (inventory management program and MS Office)
