Your responsibilities

You make strategic decisions for the long-term direction of the company.
Development and optimization of processes, interfaces, and systems.
Management of finance and accounting as well as leading a team of accountants*.
Joint strategic planning, budgeting, and investment decisions with the CEO and the board.
Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments, external partners, banks, and auditors.

Your profile

Extensive experience in finance and controlling as well as in-depth knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
Successful team leadership and development as well as strong communication skills.
Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
Openness to innovation and change.
