For our business division
Turnkey Construction, we are looking for a
Project Manager (m/f/d) for Proposal Processing for the
Munich/Augsburg area, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities at Geiger:

Independent development of proposals for challenging turnkey construction projects in industrial, commercial, residential, and hotel construction
Coordination of project team consisting of internal colleagues and external stakeholders
Development of special proposals and optimizations
Presentation of proposals

We are looking for:

A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction technology or a comparable education
Experience with bidding and calculation programs, ideally iTWO
Interest in BIM and related tools
A selfsufficient work style, reliability, and assertiveness
Strong cost awareness and numerical understanding
