Job description

Our team conducts research and develops statistical methods for clinical studies and studies in the health sciences.

We also form the Biometrics department of the Bremen Competence Center for Clinical Studies (KKBS), where we conduct interdisciplinary research with partners from medicine and health sciences, and are responsible for the planning and statistical analysis of medical and nursing studies.

Our methodological research focuses include multiple statistical inference, adaptive study designs, and methods for machine learning. We are also members of the Leibniz Science Campus Digital Public Health and the DFG Research Group Lifespan AI. The research
