Responsibilities:

You work as a Scrum Master and help our teams find better ways to develop in various areas. This can be for onboard and cloud software for the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS), customer management services, or security in the CarIT sector.
You moderate and accompany the Scrum meetings (dailies, retrospectives, reviews, plannings) of your project.
You further develop the agile processes in the project and link them with the processes of traditional software development.
You strive for continuous improvement for both yourself and your team.
You create an environment in which selforganization, safety, and a common direction can emerge, and in which the team and you can continuously develop.
You work cooperatively and respectfully with your team and our business partners.
You recognize the connections in your team and project, help others to recognize and understand them, and promote networking beyond team and project boundaries.

Qualifications:

You have experience in the automotive industry and want to participate in projects where you can apply agile methods.
You are willing to support change and help our teams and organization on the continuous path of development.
You have an understanding of methods and processes in software development.
You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master and in agile software development.
You possess strong soft skills such as problemsolving and conflict resolution skills, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
