- Examination of the legal requirements for granting approvals for national visas for longterm stays
- Consultation on entry matters for longterm stays
- Creation and maintenance of data records in the visa file in the specialist application and in the Central Register of Foreigners
- Communication within the framework of participation with foreign missions (embassies/ consulates)
- Preparation of statements in the context of remonstrations and legal proceedings
Our requirements
- Completed preparatory service of career group 2, first entry level or completed administrative training course II or completed university degree in law (at least 1st state examination) or completed university degree in social sciences or
- Completed preparatory service of career group 1, second entry level or completed training as a administrative assistant or completed administrative training course I and at least two years of
