RESPONSIBILITIES The core of your job is to provide care for individuals with high support needs in their daily lives.

This includes both agogic and nursing tasks, as well as working in the adjacent day care center.

The focus is always on maintaining, improving, or at least partially regaining the independence and self-determination of those in need of care for as long as possible.
