If you are a professional in accounting (operating costs, WEG), think in complex contexts, and are looking for diverse projects, we want you to join our team as a real estate agent, real estate specialist, financial or balance sheet accountant (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

You advise and support our clients in the housing industry (especially housing cooperatives, municipal housing companies) in all important areas of financial accounting, including:
Assistance with the implementation of operating cost and WEG statements
Optimization of processes in accounting
Training or coaching of ERP program users
If interested, participation in other projects in related fields

Your profile:

Advanced and applicable knowledge in the areas of owner and/or rental accounting as well as WEG-SOLL and/or operating cost statements
Professional experience in the housing or real estate industry
Education, e.g. as a real estate agent, real estate specialist, balance or financial accountant (m/f/d) or comparable knowledge
