Responsibilities include:

Serve as the primary contact between the NYS Department of Labor and the Company.
Prioritize claims, questionnaires, determinations, state requested audits, and other unemployment related data.
Manage incoming Worker's Compensation and Disability Claims.

Required:

Must be fluent in conversational Spanish
Advanced writing skills is a
must:
Strong business and analytical ability with a proven ability to gather research.
Exceptional administrative and clerical skills
