Description

Blue Clay Farms is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Installation and implementation of various networkbased detection solutions
Assisting in the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues
Identifying potential attack vectors on networks and systems
Ensuring the implementation of current security measures on the network
Mitigating changes in the network infrastructure
Optimizing processes in network security
Supporting the development of use cases related to IT security
Assisting in the setup and operation of a laboratory system
Requirements: Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science or IT security, with at least four years of professional experience
Indepth knowledge of firewall administration, TCP networks, VMWare virtualization, IT infrastructure, IDS/IPS, and other detection solutions
Excellent understanding of building Suricata or Snort rules
Strong knowledge of creating policies in detection solutions
Selfmotivated, quick learner, and able to work in a structured and responsible manner
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
Willingness to be on call
