Support and Field Application Specialist (m/f/d) full-time

Your daily tasks:

Technical support for our customers in all commercial phases
Troubleshooting remotely and onsite: identification of causes and repairs
Creating error analysis reports
Assisting with training at our training center and onsite with customers
Technical support for trade show appearances

What you bring:

Successfully completed training or technician in the field of mechatronics, mechanics, electronics or similar
Experience in robotics, automation, commissioning or error analysis is an advantage
Enjoyment of error analysis and repair of complex robotic systems
Teamwork, flexibility and initiative ("desired to participate in shaping")
Motivation to take on tasks independently and manage work processes
