  • As a specialist in BBDirect, you will review, process and optimize existing processes at the team level. You will ensure process and data quality and work independently and sustainably in teamrelated areas. Of course, you regularly coordinate with your team and department management on measures and project progress.
  • The focus of your work is to analyze and understand various issues, recognize the resulting requirements for process adjustments/optimizations, and implement them effectively. In the team, you are the first point of contact for technical questions. You independently coordinate with internal/external parties and prepare written presentations of facts and alternative courses of action for decisionmaking. After a decision has been made, you will accompany the implementation of the necessary measures.
