Tasks:

• Recruiting and placement of employees through temporary staffing or direct placement
• Personnel deployment support
• Personnel administration, office/administrative tasks
• Personnel marketing
• Client acquisition, retention, and management
• Calculation of offers
• Ensuring safety and health protection in the workplace
• Clarification of labor law issues
• Constant consideration of data protection
• Quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Completed education
• Experience in the personnel services industry
• Knowledge of current legal foundations of the Temporary Employment Act
• Sales affinity
• Driver's license
