On Point Marketing is looking to fill an immediate opening for a highly organized and experienced Independent Sales Associatewith a passion for preparing, negotiating, and closing deals.

As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, look for clients through face-to-face interactions, and offer outstanding after-sales and support assistance.

Independent Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.
Customize sales presentations to suit the client's needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
Understand the client's pain points and offer solutions from the On Point Marketing product line and services.
Nurture prospective customers by following up with highquality referrals from existing clients.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position. While hourly pay will be provided during the two-week training period, subsequent earnings will be entirely commission-based.

The earning potential is uncapped, allowing high-performing Independent Sales Associates to achieve significant financial rewards based on their performance and results.

Who we are looking for:

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate and share information.
Maintain a professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm, when dealing with clients.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in Spanish is welcomed; bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
