As a commercial clerk for office management, you are the all-rounder in the back office. This apprenticeship offers you the chance to get to know a variety of fields within the company - and to become a true "jack of all trades."

In addition to the classic office tasks, you will also gain insights into the logistical and administrative processes of the company.

Training Contents:

  • You organize and coordinate office and project-related processes
  • You take on secretarial and assistant tasks
  • You coordinate appointments and prepare meetings
  • You handle mail and operate the telephone switchboard
  • You create offers and prepare contracts
  • You fill out transport forms
  • You research facts and create presentations
  • You procure office materials
  • You organize business trips
  • You process correspondence and communicate with foreign business partners and customers in English
  • You are the point of contact for our customers
  • You identify customer needs, advise and support our customers
  • You gain insights into the logistical and administrative processes of the company
What qualifications do we expect?
  • At least a secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Organizational skills
