Description

In our facility, 6 girls and boys between the ages of 16 and 21 as well as 34 adults with intellectual disabilities and accompanying disorders live. All of these individuals are looking for a stable personality who can support them in their psychosocial development with expertise, warmth, and empathy.

Your responsibilities

As an employee in the youth living group, you will support adolescents and young adults with learning and/or emotional disabilities in the specific challenges of everyday life. These include, for example, maintaining a regular daily structure, attending school and completing homework, maintaining order and personal hygiene, learning basic household tasks, and improving social skills.

Your profile

Training as a state-recognized remedial educator,
high level of professionalism (technical and social competence, ability to reflect, and professional management of closeness and distance),
resilience and ability to work in a team,
driver's license class B.
Prior experience in residential care for adolescents is desirable (but not mandatory).
