A Texas-based law firm with a national reach, DJC LAW, PLLC, is looking for a tenacious attorney to join our rapidly growing team in our North Austin Office, focusing on the realm of Consumer Law.
At DJC LAW, you will join a plaintiff's practice that is making a difference for its clients.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases across multiple state and federal jurisdictions with very experienced and highly motivated litigators.

Roles and Responsibilities
The role is multi-faceted and dynamic.
Some key job duties will be:
- Working fulltime and onsite in our North Austin office with our growing team of lawyers and support staff
- Drafting and arguing motions and responses to dispositive motions
- Attending trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances
- Drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, trial briefs and settlement correspondence
- Negotiating settlements
- Effectively communicating with clients and opponents
- Ensuring that all work product you are responsible for is completed timely and adheres to the highest quality standards known to the legal services industry
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school is required
- 03 years of experience as a licensed attorney
- An active Texas bar license required
- Experience taking and defending depositions is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are required
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are required
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
- Eligibility for discretionary bonus based on performance
