The city of Oelde is looking for you to join the team at the Oelde-Ennigerloh Adult Education Center as a Clerk (m/f/d) for organizational and administrative tasks, primarily in the field of "Integration and German courses".

The Oelde-Ennigerloh Adult Education Center is the municipal center for further education for the cities of Oelde and Ennigerloh.

The VHS is run by the city of Oelde and offers public education for around 50,000 residents, with a total of 18,000 teaching hours per year.

The attractive and diverse course offerings in 6 program areas are designed and supervised by a team of eight employees, in collaboration with 220 part-time instructors.


In addition to its mandatory tasks in general adult education according to the NRW Further Education Act, the VHS also offers integration and vocational language courses on behalf of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), as well as open courses in the field of "German as a second language".


As a clerk, you will handle the course administration for German courses in the open program and with funding from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, from registration to billing.

You will also support course instructors and participants in the use of digital media.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Registration and communication of information to interested participants
  • Recording and management of course and participant information
  • Communication and correspondence with participants
