Your responsibilities:

You will support the branch manager in all aspects of managing and motivating a team of 2040 employees.
This includes optimizing processes behind the scenes as well as working handson in the store.
You will handle inventory and scheduling, and act as the branch manager in their absence.
Together with your team, you will ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a clean and organized store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers.

Your profile:

Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with some leadership experience in a similar role.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
Decisiveness and a resultsdriven mindset.
Willingness to work flexible shifts.
