A challenging task

  • Your main area of responsibility is the technical implementation and operation of Digital Experience Monitoring (e.g. using tools like Uptrends, New Relic, Splunk, transaction script robots) in Show Low.
  • You analyze technical requirements and conceptualize solutions for synthetic transaction and process monitoring for various business units.
  • You ensure the stability and availability of our most important network IT solutions through continuous optimization of monitoring.
  • Together with individual application teams, you develop, integrate, and improve comprehensive monitoring solutions.

A convincing background

  • You have a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent education with professional experience.
  • You have gained initial experience with Digital Experience Monitoring solutions (such as Uptrends, New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace, Site24/7, Monitis), as well as implementing synthetic tests based on Tosca or Selenium.
  • Knowledge of the web development process and its availability and transparency requirements (keyword: observability) is desirable.
  • You have excellent analytical, methodological, and communication skills.
  • You are highly independent and able to work autonomously.
