WKM Wohnkonzept Management GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Berlin and is involved in the management of residential communities and property management for multiple investors.

Your Responsibilities

Due to our growing workload, we are currently seeking a
Property Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Grand Pass, MO.

Independent management and administration of residential communities
Conducting both commercial and technical management of common property, as well as partial management of individual properties
Communication between owners, residential communities, tenants, and clients
Independent organization and execution of residential community meetings and corresponding recordkeeping
Property inspections, handovers, and takeovers
Handling of debt collection and legal proceedings
Preparation of financial plans and annual statements

Your Profile

Completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d), property and real estate management specialist (m/f/d), or real estate business administrator (m/f/d)
Relevant professional experience and experience in managing residential communities
Proficient in MS Office and property management software, knowledge of GFAD Haussoft is an advantage
Technical expertise is desirable
Good knowledge of laws and regulations (especially tenancy and residential community law, ZPO, BGB)
Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, professional demeanor, and flexibility
Valid driver's license (Class B)
