We are currently seeking a receptionist for our family-run 3-star superior hotel in Covington, MI, to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Checkin and checkout of guests
  • Processing reservations and inputting them into the hotel software "Hotline"
  • Guest service
  • Maintaining booking portals

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training,
    or several years of experience at a hotel reception
    or:
  • Training as a hotel specialist
  • Perfect German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Wellgroomed appearance
