We are caretakers. With your commercial expertise, you ensure the success and satisfaction of our well-known tenants as a center manager behind the scenes of our shopping centers. Start your career now in our Center Management department.

  • Expansion of successful market positioning of large retail parks or shopping centers
  • Assumption of all administrative and organizational tasks such as contract management, invoice verification, deadline management, etc.
  • Independent updating and creation of various overviews/reports, etc. for the management
  • You are the contact person for our tenants and ensure new tenant collaborations
  • Planning, organization, and implementation of events as well as PR and marketing measures in close cooperation with the Advertising & Marketing department
  • Regular coordination with the technical building management

Your Passion for Real Estate

  • Education or degree in the commercial real estate sector or a comparable qualification
  • Affinity for real estate, marketing, and retail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational talent, quick comprehension, and reliability
