To achieve our ambitious goals and desired growth, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in Finning am Ammersee, Hudsonville as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all incoming customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
  • Qualify incoming leads and forward them to the responsible Regional Sales Managers
  • Support small to medium-sized customers and fulfill their needs
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, handling order-related communications and issues
  • Manage leads, activities, and sales information for accurate documentation in the CRM system
  • Create new accounts, prepare quotes, and maintain information in the ERP system
  • Identify new business opportunities by tracking and analyzing industry and market trends
  • Assist with import/export logistics for order processing
  • Help coordinate marketing activities such as trade shows and exhibitions

Your profile:

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or sales support
