Area Manager (m/f/d)


Your tasks at our headquarters in Löbichau:

  • Organization and management of the hose production department, including professional and disciplinary leadership of the associated employees
  • Capacity planning and employee deployment planning (personnel, shifts, and vacation planning)
  • Organization of necessary training and documentation for all employees in the department (occupational safety, fire protection, GBU, BA, AA, quality, process, order, and cleanliness)
  • Employee planning/development (qualification matrix, training plan, and employee meetings)
  • Development, coordination, and implementation of goals for the responsible area
  • Ensuring apprenticeship training according to the training regulations and training of new colleagues and temporary workers in the department
  • Evaluation of work results in the corresponding area of responsibility and reporting to superiors

Your knowledge and skills:


  • Advanced vocational training (master, technician) or acquired through several years of professional experience
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the relevant field
  • Willingness to work, high sense of responsibility
  • Independent, flexible, structured, and resultsoriented work style
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Infor
  • Strong communication skills
